Will I lose any audio quality going HDMI from blu ray to tv and fiber optic cable from tv to receiver? ? - blu ray hdmi receiver

I think the question of which countries I require good all over ... I have one of my Blu Ray HDMI to my HDTV, then run my fiber optic cable TV to my receiver and asked me if I would lose audio quality ... I mean, I take a digital signal via digital cable, so I think it would be a large effect, or should another fiber optic cable and run it from my Blu-ray to my receiver?
